The home-buying process can be overwhelming, and, for the first-time home buyer, even intimidating. It is important to have a real estate agent who is knowledgeable, patient, and willing to explain each step (often over and over!). When I decided the time was right to buy my first home I spoke to a friend. He recommended his realtor who had helped he and his wife find the home of their dreams. Following up on that recommendation was one of my smartest moves ever. We are so fortunate to have picked Steve as our realtor! We went to an Open House with no expectation of purchasing a home that night - we didn't even have a realtor yet.
