Steve did a great job with the selling process from start to finish. The home was under contract for nearly the asking price within a week of being on the market. When that buyer’s financing fell through, he had it under contract again with another buyer for the full asking price in less than a week. He was responsive, clearly explained the process and did a great job marketing the property. I would hire Steve again and would enthusiastically recommend him to a friend or family member.
