He helped in every aspect of selling my home from prepping advice for staging, to the comps and price that was obtainable for my property. I was able to sell my home in less than a week, and from the day it was on the market he was contacting agents for feedback. I had to purchase my new home with a contingency to sell my current home, which can be tricky. Steve was very informative, and usually two steps ahead of any questions that I had. He had a hand in each step and communicated with each person involved in the entire process from agents and loan officers to home inspectors and title agents.
