Steve was an excellent person to work with throughout the process of selling our first home. He was prompt and organized, which was very helpful in setting a timeline, scheduling contractors, and researching the market to determine an appropriate list price. Once listed he made himself available whenever we had a question, scheduled open houses, and coordinated feedback and questions from prospective buyers. It was a big stress relief to know he was on top of everything and was there to guide us through the process.
