We recently purchased our first home with Steve's help. Steve came highly recommended to us by a coworker, and he certainly exceed our expectations. Steve was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable, made himself very available to us, and never seemed bothered by our numerous questions. Within a day or two of meeting with Steve for the first time, he had notified us about a house that was coming on the market which checked almost every box on our wish list. Steve then quickly arranged for us to be the first to view the home that weekend, and then helped us place a bid right away when we fell in love with the house. Steve made sure we were conformable with each step of the process, and took care of all the details from start to finish. As first time homebuyers, this was crucial in decreasing our stress during the whole experience. The next time that we are buying or selling, we will not hesitate to work with Steve again.
