My wife and I worked with Steve to buy our first house in 2009. I would highly recommend Steve as a real estate agent to anybody. He was incredibly easy to work with, worked around our schedule, often times showing us houses the same day we requested. Being the typical first time home-buyers, he spent an inordinate amount of time showing us all types of options that fit our budget and "must-haves" across northern VA. He really went above and beyond during the searching phase, but his expertise didn't end there. We have been in regular contact with Steve since buying our home: he has given us recommendations on upgrades we should do now, versus waiting, and which ones we would not get our money back on. He will even send me listings on request, knowing the odds of us buying another house, at the moment, are low. Again, I can't recommend Steve enough.
