We cannot recommend Steve more highly! As first time home buyers, we had hundreds of questions and were casting a wide net geographically in order to find our first home in DC. Not only was Steve very responsive and extremely knowledgeable about the market, but he was endlessly patient and kind, answering all of our questions and providing us with great additional information, too. Even though DC is a competitive market, Steve's guidance and negotiation skills led to our first offer being accepted! When our closing was delayed because of an issue on the seller's side, Steve was proactive and made sure we were informed and also advocated for our interests throughout the process. It was so comforting to have Steve on our side and we are so thankful we found him to guide us through this process. Definitely planning to work with him again in the future.
