I recently bought my 3rd home and worked with Steve for the first time. The home buying experience was a bit long and drawn out due to some unexpected changes in my personal circumstances 2 weeks before closing! What impressed me about Steve was how patient, understanding and knowledgeable he was throughout the entire process. He was a great liaison between myself and the seller, whom he also managed to convince to keep the deal going while negotiating [with a firm hand] on my behalf. That said, he was also very considerate of the seller's circumstances as a result of the delay. He kept his composure at all times ... while I was losing mine. He was consistently professional. I am a stickler for professionalism and courtesy ... and Steve nailed it !!
