We are so fortunate to have picked Steve as our realtor! We went to an Open House with no expectation of purchasing a home that night - we didn't even have a realtor yet. After searching reviews of local realtors after we saw the house, we chose Steve and are so thankful we did. We called him on a Sunday and explained that we just saw a house and needed to put an offer in asap. We were also first-time home buyers and had no clue what we were doing. Not only did he take our call while he was in Vegas for the weekend, but he quickly helped us discuss our offer and all of the terms involved. There was a bidding war involved, but he was able to close the deal the next day on the plane back from his trip - amazing! Another great thing is we were able to do almost everything electronically, which was key in our situation. From there, Steve oversaw the entire process from inspection to closing, and was sure we knew what to expect. He is always quick to respond on email and phone, so easy to work with, and just an all around great guy! No need to look any further - Steve is the best!
