Steve was a great help to us as we searched for our 1st home in the DC metro area. His knowledge of Northern Virginia, from county knowledge to details about the smallest communities within each county, were invaluable to us. He was also extremely knowledgable about building quality and was well versed in the different types of housing/construction found throughout the metro area. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for, in a great neighborhood, for a very fair price. He even caught details at the closing that our mortgage agent had missed and saved us more money! We will definitely use Steve when we move to a larger home for our growing family.
