Every day Steve combed the MLS listings and with a lot of patience on his part, he found a great condo a block from the metro, near my daughter's job, and close to shopping. Steve handled the closing process with my daughter without a hitch.
Steve kept in touch these many years. We feel like he is a member of our family! He is the only one that we would allow to sell the condo a year ago. He helped to make sure that the work we had done to prep the unit for sale was done correctly. This caused him extra time away from his new bride and mileage on his car. He even went to Home Depot and bought a new smoke detector with his own money! Steve always goes the extra mile.
